All discount codes are for one-time use only. Once you have entered relevant discount codes, you will not be able to use them again.
For purchases made on our website, we accept payments made using PayPal and credit/debit payments.
Shipping and Delivery
A standard rate of $2 is charged for island-wide delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not ship globally at the moment. However, we are currently in the midst of sorting out options for international orders and will provide you the information soon. Stay tuned!

Can I cancel my orders?
Once payment has been made and the confirmation has been sent to your given email, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Returns and exchanges
For tea blends and/or any teaware purchased on our website, returns will only be accepted for the following reasons:
If you would like a free sample for a particular flavour or blend, please indicate it in the comments section before checkout.
All our tea blends, apart from our fruit and floral tea blends contain a certain level of caffeine.
Content of tea blends
All our tea blends are 100% made from natural ingredients and tea leaves. We assure you that no added preservatives, sugar or artificial flavouring is added.
Allergies and other medical reasons
For all our tea blends, the ingredients and type of tealeaves are specifically stated on the individual product pages. For more information on allergies and any other health reasons, it is best to consult your personal doctor or healthcare provider before drinking our teas.
Where are our teas handled and packed?
All tea blending, packaging and handling are done at our main office in Singapore.
Freshness of our teas
Generally, if teas are stored properly, preferably in room temperature conditions and in air tight containers, it can have a longer shelf life. However, we do highly recommend to finish consuming the tea within 6-8 months from the date of purhcase.

Don't worry, we promise not to send any spam emails to you if that's what's stopping you from doing so. However, we would highly recommend you to sign up for an account before checkout, so that it will allow us to serve you better, every time you return to purchase goods from our website. By signing up as a “Partner” with us to sell our teas and products in your establishment, we will provide you with professional consultation on your demand and not just a pack and deliver to your doo step service. We will also provide regular updates on new custom tea blend recommendations for you to consider.
